Landlord's spouse

Just wondering, is the landlord's spouse considered my landlord also? Wondering about the legality here. My landlord gave my details to spouse who has had nothing to do with my tenancy for years, with regards to lease or any other matters pertaining to propery bar fixing one or two things after landlord was contacted. Spouse emailed about an urgent matter i had notified them about over 2 weeks ago.
I am pursuing a few things with RTB and landlord decided to remove/block me from phone so I've essentially had no way to contact (which is a breach i was told)
Just looking for thoughts on this? Thank you

No reason why spouse can't act as the landlord's agent in dealing with the tenant, so far as I can see. Spouse acting on behalf of landlord is of course subject to the same GDPR (and other) obligations that the landlord is subject to.
