Reservation Partnerships tax withholding - Degiro

1 of the compaines i own went ex dividend today and in the upcoming dividend sections it says Reservation Partnerships tax withholding instead of number of shares*dividend. I have filled out my W-8BEN form when setting up my account with Degiro abd havnt had this happen with any other of the shares i own. Any ideas?
