Ever seen someone high on drugs in Dublin?

    Not "doped out" on heroin or stumbling on alcohol but high on coke, ecstasy, speed, PCP. Outside a house party or nightclub, during the day.

    Funny how you never hear stories like in the States of people high running around naked from drug psychosis. Them drugs must not be popular here or if they are people don't take them during the day.

    My OH works with a shelter in the city center...spends his days looking at people strung out fully by 11am...

    I always the states was more of a prescription drug problem rather than speed/meth issues. Although it’ll depend on what area your looking at I guess.
