Hello everybody. icame back from a trip in italy today, since then my phone still cant get any network signal... no services . i tried everything, tur it on/off, flight mode, tried to clean the sim card ... nothing. A local network seller suggest to get a new free sim and moved my phone number to a new one ... i dont…

A local network seller suggest to get a new free sim and moved my phone number to a new one ... i dont understand why anyway suddenly it stopped to work, and i dont think ill be able to port the number from lyca to lyca if my network is not workin ?

Open to any suggestion.

What phone do you have? Have you do a manual network search?

The sim is most likely fine. Put the sim in any other phone to confirm.
