If you've ordered already and haven't used a referral code for the free 1500km supercharging, there's talk in the UK that you can get your "delivery advisor" to add one, once Tesla start talking to you of course. This is normally about 2 weeks before delivery. People in the UK have also successfully got the referral code added to their reservation in the showrooms/service centres. You could also email DeliveryIE@tesla.com with your reservation numbers asking to add it.
