Tinyscanner app, on Android.
Scans, names and emails them.
And the scan copy is still in the app.

Expensify app for iphone.
scans a receipt , figures out the details ( amount, tax, text ) and emails to the accountant.
€5 a month on the app store.
works for what I need.
