Prevent npws shooting on land?

Unfortunately I missed the individual but someone came onto some of my designated land today and when the relief milker approached him he said he was doing a study on the foxes and they were going to shoot them for the protection of the hen harrier. Is it possible to stop them entering your land to shoot foxes as last time…

Is it possible to stop them entering your land to shoot foxes as last time some dipsh!t went at foxes here they trampled grass ready for silage, broke wires and startled a dog, all in all not something I want to be dealing with again for land they have already devalued on me.
