Does anyone have any knowledge how to make the transition? Who do I inform or is it flagged on the system?

So your leaving illness benefit to go to DA? Keep sending in certain till the date you start the DA.
    That’s all you do.
Did you get a letter from DA telling you what date it starts on?

I got a letter to say the appeal is allowed & according to citizens advice, I should receive a letter soon to say what date I receive payment etc.

My doctor issued me 12 week certs & I’m due to get another on August 23rd.

You could be waiting another 6 weeks for that letter, and the date for the DA to start might be another 2 weeks after that.
Make sure that you are certified by your GP up to the date the DA starts.
