    got a selection here and thinking of cutting them up and sell as fencing/strainer posts, what the desired length, is it 8ft?

    I wouldn't bother cutting them up if it was me.
    Just advertise the poles as is.
    The customer will have their own preference of length and use for them.

    someone did mention to me cutting to 8ft lengths for strainers, not sure what an 8ft strainer of these are worth

    Why would anyone pay more than 20 _ 30, plenty for sale

    I think advertise them as they are but offer to cut to length if needed. That way it appeals to everyone.
