    What’s the story with this guy? What happened?

    He is currently caddying at National GC in New York for $100 a bag.

    Did he head over to the states to try make it as a pro?

    Think he took a break after turning pro, apparently chubby chandler wasn't too happy with him. Returned a year or so later, competed on the 3rd competition euro pro? Soon ran out of money and wasn't going anywhere. Trying to make it now as a caddy afaik.

    A few reasons I suppose, main one being a bit of decency, he's no longer in the public eye (and never really earned a living from the game as a Pro) so probably shouldn't be discussed in a public forum.

    Don't think OP intended it but would agree that it's not a great idea.
