Vayama issue

    After trying to book flights on Friday 21st June with Vayama the webpage showed an error message saying “payment failed”.

    I then went directly to the airlines own site and booked my flights there instead, as I assumed it was a site issue with Vayama, payment went through fine there, however I then noticed in my banking app that €345.98 was taken by Vayama - I haven’t received any emails or other correspondence with any booking references or confirmation.

    I’ve emailed 4 times in the last two weeks with no response, I also called customer services and was simply told “it will be refunded in 24 hours” although the agent did not want to take any of my details and this did not happen.
    I have a bank statement showing this payment but no booking reference or ticket number, as I received no tickets.

    Has anyone had any issues with Vayama and know how to get a response from them?
