What responsibility does a landlord have over a non residential tenant?

I know that landlords have a duty when it comes to the actions of residential tenants in their property and can be held liable for their actions etc by the PRTB.

Is there an equivalent board for non residential tenants and/or is a landlord liable for their actions as tenants? Do non residential tenancies also have to be registered?

I did not think the PRTB (or RTB as is it now know) regulated commercial tenancies. The "R" in the name is for residential.

I understand that, that is why I stated in my OP "when it comes to the actions of residential tenants in their property and can be held liable for their actions etc by the PRTB. Is there an equivalent board for non residential tenants"

I am in no way implying that the PRTB regulates commercial tenancies. I am asking is there an equivalent for commercial tenancies.

No there’s not. I’ve researched this before.

You have to bring disputes through the courts for commercial tenancies.

Applies to the UK might be some relavance to Ireland, but seems to be mainly a case of what's in the lease.
