    Look like carpet/dust moths.

    Is it a springtail? Some sort of cockroach? It's very hard to tell from the picture. Does it have wings? 6 legs? how big is it?

    They're tiny..maybe 4 or 5 mm in length..fly around the place..
    Just looking up carpet moths it does nearly look like it might be them alright..

    Carpet moths (well the type I've seen) don't have whiskers from there nose back to there backside. Yours look different.

    If it is moths have a look for little fur balls in places where the vacuum might of missed. They lay their eggs/larvae in these dust balls.
