    Hi all,
I'm out of contract with Vodafone broadband. Was getting 'unlimited' for €45/month, but as I am now out of contract, I got a bill for €70 this month. I've paid it, but no way am I going to continue paying that.

Am thinking of going back to Eir, as they own the lines anyway. Based in west Limerick. Any advice?

    Thanks

Eir retail don't own any lines and must go through the exact same steps when contacting Open Eir as any other company. Going with Eir because Open Eir owns the infrastructure makes no sense especially when Eir have such a poor reputation when it comes to customer service.

    Thanks @tuxy,
You learn something new every day ! I just thought as it's always an Eir engineer that comes out, that it was Eir.
    Kind regards
