Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Arcadian Field is one of Ireland's most unique boutique music and arts festivals. Nestled in the foothills of the Cooley Mountains, we will come together to celebrate life through music, & art, exploring the best in underground and emerging talent from Ireland and abroad.'

    I hope this does well, its got a lot of competition up against it like All Together Now in Waterford, Beatyard in Dublin and Indiependence in Cork.

    It surely is a busy weekend but Arcadian is the only boutique festival on that list and it has its own flavour. This is its fourth year and it has already attained its own dedicated fan base. Time will tell.

    What's a boutique festival? Is it just max number of tickets sold or...?

    Sounds interesting anyway!

    I like to think of it as a combination of lower numbers and niche content/attractions/line up etc.

    At this event the main house on the estate is open for performances, a unique underground line up with international additions, hidden immersive theatre venues and other small satellite stages all with under 1000 tickets. Boutiqeish ;-)
