    Brighton 5:00 - Archimedes back down in weights to a very competitive mark. Will go well over trip and going of good to firm. Booked for Bath tomorrow as well (where it's a three time c+d winner). 13/2 a very decent price in this 7 runner race.

    Hamilton 5:45 - Red Stripes has a pretty hopeless turf record, but at a mark of just 53 over good to firm ground, it surely has a chance over favoured trip. 14/1 to me looks just a tad too big for this one.

    Brighton 2:00 - Pearl Spectre surely well in here off just 57 after being beaten by a short head last week. Should take to the better ground today and the 1lb penalty from last weeks run should be more than mitigated. 7/2

    Preference is for Pink Flamingo >right class, racing at 9-0 (jockey takes 7 off) good form since change of owner. Top rated horse in the race.

    Dont back Achimedes, form indcates nothing, not sure 5F is his trip ( even tried him at 4)

    Never be Enough , up in class but looks a filly on the improve. 5lbs for her win last Thursday night, albeit off top weight in a class 4 , so I wouldn't be getting carried away... but 4/1 looks about right.
