Can anyone recommend a hiit download/dvd for this, that doesn't have any floor work?

    Tks.

Hi, I have done mixed of Insanity and lost around 25kg in about 3 months. It works!
    Now I am doing again.

    I highly recommend : INSANITY

I've done Insanity too. Twice and loved it. Though i sometimes found thw need to have a laptop to follow along with the videos kind of annoying.
I have also tried Kayla Itsis Bikini Body Guide and found it great. I had a download of it in a little book which i left in my gym bag. Its easy to follow, you do 2 circuits working for 7 minutes at a time with 2 minutes rest in between.
