Motor Insurance Phone Lines

    I've tried 5 times today to get through to the motor insurance department.
    I've made 3 call back requests.
    It's impossible to get through, I've stayed on hold for up to 15 minutes with no joy.

    I want to query a DD payment and also my renewal.

    I'm not confident renewing my policy now, very poor service.
