Can anyone tell me how the hell I can add the 10kg checked in bag for just one passenger one one flight only?

When I go into the option to add it only shows it for both passengers on the outbound and return flight

Try the app. That sometimes works. Failing that, see can you get them on the online chat. They deliberately don't make it easy.

Dunno why there is no option on the website.

Lol, its so they trick you into having to add a 20kg because the 10kg 'isn't available'

    don't fall for it, ever!

Just try different devices, browsers, and if not , then the live chat

It’s not intuitive but a few months back the live help chat told me to check in and it’s possible

I did that, check in I mean, and in that process you can add a 10kg bag for one leg for one passenger . Easy in the end

If you don't add a 10kg bag on a ryanair flight at booking does it cost more to add it to the booking later? It costs 12.50 to check in a 10kg bag at the time of booking, will this increase if I wish to add it at a later date? Have seached the website but could only see a price for adding it at the airport. thanks

    Sometimes the option goes altogether.
If I was sure I was going to need it, I would add it at booking.

oh didn't realise that. Better bite the bullet and add it so at booking as I will need it. thanks:)

Last time I tried to add a bag post booking, it was €20 per flight... total €40. It was only €12.50/€25 to add at time if booking. HTH

that's a big difference, thought it might be when it didn't have a price to add to the booking afterwards. Thought it might be like aerlingus where it is the same price but obviously not. Better do it at time of booking. Thanks for the info:D
