Hi all, after 10 months of waiting I received letter about my IP claim and I got rejected. What can I do now? I known I can appeal but they are asking about new evidence. I don't have any. I sent them everything first time. Also deciding officer totally minimalized my condition and did not take to the account all evidence I sent.

Appeal it - the appeal goes to a different place - (address should be included with the rejection letter) add anything you feel has been overlooked in writing. You could ask for a letter from your consultant/or clinician/ OT - but first and foremost get your appeal in. It might help if you go to citezins advice and ask them if they would help you before you proceed.

Should I ask for review as well or just appeal is enough? And can I send appeal by email or by post is better? Thanks

As I said you'd probably be better speaking to someone in citizens advice. I wouldn't be au fait with the in's and out's.

Do both. Sit down and write a detailed letter about your health problems, emphasizing how each of them prevent you from being able to go to work.
Don’t leave anything out, but be very honest and don’t exaggerate.
Give an account of a typical day from rising to bed time.
    Detail all your medical appointments.
That’s the type of thing that can swing it.
Don’t forget to include a photocopy of the rejection letter to both the review and the appeals office.
    Send by post.
