    Hi all
External plastering is finished, we went to clean window glass today all plaster is gone but two window panes seem to be etched from the mortar,
Please tell me there is a way to fix this I'm at my wits end ,

I had to replace a full house of glass only recently for this very reason.i would say try some very fine steel wool and some white spirts.
