New debit card not validating

Hi I got a new debit card a few weeks ago and never used it went to use it today in a boi atm and came up as an invalid card? do I have to do something else to validate it?

I got a new debit card a few weeks ago and never used it went to use it today in a boi atm and came up as an invalid card? do I have to do something else to validate it?

Thanks for getting in touch.

When a new card is issued it needs to be activated within a certain time frame, this is indicated on the letter sent with the card, and if it's not the card is cancelled. You can request another card by logging on to 365 Online and selecting the Service Desk.
