changing website url

    I have a website hosted by blacknight.
    I am looking to change the url that i have brought but i want to make sure my previous url is redirected correctly so that my seo doesn't take too much of a hit.
    Does anyone know what i need to do to make sure it all goes smoothly?

    call their support , they are great, and will help.
    And don't change the url, have the old url and your new one, point to the same website.

    Just talk to support service and they will guide you in the right manner. Otherwise, you can also get consultancy from a web developer.
