Which Electric Toothbrush?

    Hello,

My Philips Sonicare has decided to pack it in as the battery seems to only get me one brush so I need a new one.

Not sure if Philips is the way to go as I found the brush heads were not available in lots of places. The brush itself was ok and fine but didn't rock my boat either.

Can anyone recommend the best electric toothbrush that works out best value when you factor in the price of the brush heads and actual availability of them?

    thanks!

The Oral-B Pro 2000 has a Lithium-Ion battery and lasts two weeks. The only downside is that when the battery is running out of juice, it goes down very rapidly, much faster than the Ni-Mh battery in the older models.

Your requirement as stated is that you want cheap heads that are available everywhere which is impossible. Clearly Oral-B heads are not cheap but they are available everywhere and if you want to chance it, there are generic heads available on Amazon and the dental mail order suppliers.
