I just lost my job and am on jobseekers benefit.

I am hoping to have job shortly but if I don't and do a FAS Course (fetch course). I understand I come off the actual jobseekers benefit and get a separate payment but I thought I read somewhere that a weekly 'stamp' or contribution is put on for the individual as well???

I would appreciate some info on this too. I'm about to change from sick certs to jobseekers but I'd like to start a course rather than look for another job that will just about cover the bills..
