There's two round holes in my boot, 5cm diameter. Think they might be called drain holes. What are rubber things called that block them?

Also called "Grommet's".

It is possible they were removed because water was collecting.
If that's the case you may want to use grommets that will let water though.

Pure guesswork of course

If you could post a pic, it would clear up which grommets exactly you are talking about... some grommets are actually from the jig bench's used in the manufacturing process.
