    Anyone know how to direct wire the electromagnetic blade engage function of a countax ride on mower?

    You mean have clutch engaged all the time?
    Are you just trying to take the switch out of the loop to figure out non start?

    yes exactly.

    iv blown the main pcb board , fairly sure of that.

    iv brought power and switch directly to starter. then had to remove fuel solenoid. got her runing now, but blades won't engage

    A multi meter at the blade switch should guide you as to what to connect to run the blades.
    I wouldn't set it up to have blades on all the time..... would you even be able to start it that way?
    I'd work out what needs power to run the blades and temporary stick a switch in there.
