    Hi All!
Just wondering if anyone could point me towards an insurance company for someone with a provisional license?

All you can do is get on the phone and ring them all ,i know its a pain but someone can say i got a good quote from Aviva and you might not, its all hit and miss.

As always I say start with Liberty and AXA. They seem to be giving the best learner/new driver quotes in my experience.

Your mileage may vary of course but it's a start. Call a few and you'll find they're likely much higher, you don't have a huge amount of options as a new driver.

Don't bother with 123 and FBD as they want 3 years no claims if I recall correctly.
