Could you advise as to the total cost of a standard domestic water connection in a rural area to include your development charges and any other associated connection fees etc. The mains water is located on the road abutting the site and the house would be a private dwelling serviced by private sewage treatment plant. Site is is Donegal if thats relevant.

I understand there were changes made or were planned to be made last year. I'm looking for a scale of charges as I will need to include these when projecting building costs. Can you further advise if the charges are standard or differ depending on the floor area of the house.

    Many thanks :)
