Is there something like the property price register for sites?
I've been googling but not finding what I'm looking for, if it exists.

I've been searching the property price register for sites that I know have only recently been built on in my area, but can't find them even with exact addresses. They are unlikely to have all been gifted to the new residents as one site was developed into a group of houses by a developer, and the other sites got planning permission all under different names.
