This is somewhat amusing to me. I have a case officer claiming that I have signed a PPP when I know I have not done so. I can recall the meeting very clearly.

Should I be concerned that someone in the welfare office may have forged my signature or is it more likely the case officer has made a mistake? How could a case officer mistake that the document has been agreed to and signed when it has not?

How would you go about this?

Personal Progression Plan. It's what you and they agree your plan to return to work should be.

AFAIK this is signed in the activation meeting. Have you seen their copy of the PPP? Why is this a problem for you? They are supposed to be on your side.

Ask them to produce the original document and if it was an electronic signature, evidence of the time stamp.

You sign two things on a PPP

    1) Data protection. They will not share your data with anyone.

    2) Declaration. You are saying you are unemployed and genuinely seeking work.

I for the life of me cant see why people make such a fuss about this thing. I have signed it and I for one take all this online rubbish with a barrel of salt. OP my PA was really nice to me. He helped me with my cv and prepared me for my interview. I found the job myself but he had no issue helping me get ready for it. Dont believe the rubbish you see online. Far too many people with far too little work on their hands
