Cafe Kitchen set up costs

Looking to set up a small café - 1200 square feet - wondering the cost to set up the kitchen serving typical café fare of sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Wondering what a very rough cost would be if I was buying most of the equipment secondhand. Only asking about the actual kitchen stuff - like counters, storage, fridge, sinks, cooker, etc. - would like a rough idea if anyone has it. I realise of course that I need to look at it in more detail myself but a place has come up that I think would work out but the only thing I haven't costed yet is a kitchen fit out. Does anyone have a rough idea?!

Is about remodeling an already existing place or starting to make kitchen from zero? Also is it a rental place?
