Haven mortgage processing time

Hi. Just applied for sole applicant mortgage with Haven and wondering if anyone knows what kind of processing time there is at the moment?

From date received from the Broker it will take 5/6 working days. If not a full application it will be returned to broker seeking clarification and when received back it will take a further 5/6 working days. So if any documents missing or any clarification needed you are looking at approx. 3 weeks and if initial application is complete you should have a decision in 7/10 days.
