Cooking white fish or salmon without an oven or grill

    Would anyone offer advice on cooking the above without oven or grill? Could you do with breadcrumbs and a hot pan of oil.

    Parchment paper and steam. A few herbs. Yum.

    The microwave is great for fish..

    Salmon is lovely cooked in an air fryer, set it to about 160oC and make sure to put some parchment paper underneath

    Cheers, have an airfryer. Don’t have a microwave.
