Is the only way to get to Sandyford at night after the LUAS stops by taxi? Or are there other alternatives?

    Where about in Sandyford?
The aircoach might be an option:

Nightlink on the weekends. Aircoach has very few stops. Or taxi would be 20 euro

Aircoach do not pick up passengers in the city for travel towards Sandyford or any other locations. It is purely an Airport sevice once it leaves Dub Airport it only drops passengers at it stops along the route, you cannot board it on O Connell st to travel to Sandyford etc.

Is there a Nitelink to Sandyford? Can see one to Dundrum so maybe just get. A taxi from there.
I always take the LUAS so not so familiar with the bus routes.

Taxi is 20 quid and by far the easiest / quickest option if the LUAS is finished.

If you're going home after a night out I wouldn't dick about getting buses to Dundrum and then taxis from there. Just get in the first taxi you can get, you could be standing for ages in Dundrum trying to get a cab.

Yea, the 46n goes through Sandyford Evey half hour from 12.30 to 4am.

Costs €4.50 leap or €6.50 cash and takes about half an hour.

Don't think the 46n goes anywhere near Sandyford Luas. It sort of skirts past Sandyford village, but doesn't stop there.
