Slow flow and garden tap completely off.

Since the pipe burst in Leixlip which said it was fixed the main water flow in the kitchen tap is at least half pressure. For some reason this has effected the garden tap, it's completely dry. Seems not enough pressure to get through. I really need it as I used this tap for water changes on my fish. What should I do?

We have received an update on this disruption to advise that pressure is slowly building back up and crews estimate that works will be complete at midday today.
