Unusual disconnects

Last night noticed some odd interruption on my internet connection.
Router indicated 4G ~ 4G+ connection, speeds 25-78Mbps(by task manager) witch is expected for mobile "broadband".
General browsing worked OK'ish, but tube stutter and any file download keep failing.

Start troubleshooting and discovered my WAN IP change every 30-40s

Rebooted router(B525s-23a) - no help
Thought router gone or SIM, so left it alone for the night with intention to continue troubleshoot or to swap to old, long served B593 and/or new SIM next day.
Came back to it after work today - all in good shape
From log, last disconnect in sequence was @:

... half hour gap, then once again @ :

2019-06-12 02:01:59 System Notice WAN connection INTERNET_VOICE_R_UMTS1:IPv4 disconnected

Connection normal from then.

Any ideas? Could it be just a glitch on ISP side(Three)?

Probably. Wouldnt be surprised if a link between the serving site and the parent site was on the fritz.
