    Hi all,

The folks' front garden is sloped towards the house (Dublin council house deal). This means rain water tends to build up at the bottom of the house.

I've always meant to get this sorted for them. Is it possible/hard work to get a drain at the bottom? Or anything to help funnel the water?

There should be a gutter downspout nearby emptying into a shore....how close is it?

As above, just put an aco drain channel at low point and tap into local downpipe guttter. Depend on driveway finish i.e. concrete/tar.........
