Samsung j4+ - locked to Vodafone?

I got a Samsung J4+ from Vodafone when i changed plans. I won't be using it, so intend to sell it. It's sealed in the box so I can't check - is it actually locked to Vodafone or not?

Would be 99% Certain it's locked
