Can anyone tell me the name of this please - it's flowering on stone walls now (I know it grows vertically but I can't flip the image :).

I was told the leaves of this are a cure for warts. Rub the leaves onto the wart.

They were called Penny leaves around here.

I'd call it Wall Pennywort (aka Navelwort), Umbilicus rupestris so called because it often grows in walls to distinguish it from other plants with penny like leaves that get called Pennywort.
