I have a number of things needing fixing .
lnb quad on motorised faulty as no signal and other box had a no signal briefly.

sky dish on hotbird i would like lnb for 19.2 added with quad feeds on both and need suggestions

Need an outside saorview aerial with 2 feeds if possible one to attic to distribution box and one to extension underneath.

I also need longer cable run feeds to a diseqc to make it easier to get at.

also i presume they check old cables for issues.

    Any other suggestions please cheers.

    Who did you use?

I have an old chimney mounted sky dish but I want an octo LNB installed and the cables run into the attic to connect to my own cables. Is that something an installer would agree to? Anybody know how much something like that would cost?
How would the installer confirm that the signal is good if I haven't run my cables yet?

I used him but he was going on holidays the next day,Quality of cables to use is important and cable runs.
No idea on pricing as mine was e350.
Sat installers carry meters to check cables and i found out my new saorview cable signal was bad due to faulty cable and needed replacing.Maybe before cables are routed new ways of distribution like cat 6.

So was it a good service? Or are you saying he installed poor quality cable? Thanks

No his service was good as i previously had indoor attic aerial with what i thought was good quality cable but it had a fault,Now got outside aerial fitted and new cable.
