    Hi
Can anyone tell me what the warranty is on a Hyundai imported from the north .
My northern garage tells me it’s 3 years down south and to get the last 2 o must bring it to a northern garage .
Is this true or should o be aware of anything else .

It's a long time since I've dealt with any but it used to be the case with anything out side the first 3 years, an Irish Hyundai dealer would have to submit a prior work approval to Hyundai Ireland to carry out the work on a UK import. You'd never see it turned down but the point was not to take for granted that there is automatic coverage, because there isn't.

We got warranty in the 5th year on a uk Hyundai from a southern garage anyway. Unless it’s changed?
