    We’re should the pump be on an Grant Oil Condensing Boilers?

    Flow or return?

    Flow is what is suggested by Grant, but if other plumbing is taken into consideration, it won't matter very much.

    Return is best. Lower temperature and you are pressuring the boiler to prevent water flashing into steam as you've raised the pressure.

    I prefer it on the return, and in the vertical position to avoid / prevent air damage.
    (Running dry)

    I will also fit the pump on the return, between the mag and the boiler, giving the pump the benefit of both the filter and lower temperature running.

    On gas there on flow and return depends on the boiler. I dont think it matters in the slightest

    Positioning of the pump can at times have a impact on the system pressure being positive or negative.
