Have an issue with the grout. Looks like it's no drying properly. It's Evo-stik Silver grey. Was grouted a week ago and if get a blade to it, it's not hard like cement. It comes out like sand. It's hard enough if I put my nail to grout it doesn't come out or scrape off like sand so it's hard enough, it's only if I put a blade to it, the tiler says it should of been as hard as a rock by now.
    Any ideas??

Depends on how much force you are using with the blade. It wont go rock hard it will still be brittle or chalky. If you go at it hard enough with a blade it will come out. (de-grouting tools are a bit like a blade)
If its coming out with relative ease it "might" have been old grout.... sounds a bit like what happens when you use old plaster thats been exposed to the air. Was it pre-mixed or in a bag?

It was in a bag. I scraped it of the floors and put a different make silver grey grout. It set in 2 hours and was rock hard in 5hours.

sounds like a dodgy batch of grout.

Youre just going to have to scrape it out and reapply it.
