New AV Receiver

    Hi Chaps,

Been a while.  So am after a new AV receiver to replace my trusty AVR4520.  I took delivery of a new telly recently and have run into some HDMI challenges....  progress they call it!  Telly is the Sony AF8.

So my main issue is one of HDMI bandwidth - I have an Apple TV 4K and the only full bandwidth port on the telly is ARC - as in can take the full 4K HDR and Dolby Vision signal from the ATV.  However, the ARC port is necessary for the 4520.  The 4520 will only pass through a 1080p signal to the telly.

So, can you recommend a new gen receiver that will hook in my ATV and display all the latest visual wonders on my new telly.  It should be of a similar quality in audio and amplification terms  to that of the 4520!

Also, do you have pricing on the Sony 4K 800x2 BDP?  Need one of those also!

    Thanks chaps.  V.
