Rear wiper

    My rear windshield wiper isnt moving at all. Its an old vw polo so not wanting to spend a lot on it. I can hear the motor but the wiper doesnt move. Front wipers are working fine. Is there anything i can try before taking it to garage?

    Plenty of spray, after checking nuts etc, something loose?
