Jcb 3cx V cat 428

I'm on the look out for a3cx,but can't see anything right,but I came across a caterpillar 428 in UK,anybody ever operate 1,or anybody know anything about them,how would it stack up against a 3cx...the machine is mid 90s ,much the same feature as 3cx extendable back arm,4in1 bucket,comes with quick hitch,and few buckets.

Leahy and o Mahoney in midelton buy and sell to export. Try them or other exporters.
