Morning folks. I just picked up a '08 Avensis, and while I'm pretty happy with the car, the stereo leaves something to be desired. (Identical to link below)

It's not a standard size unit, so I'm looking for a couple of options for replacement.

I'd like A2DP for music playback from my phone, touchscreen would be nice, and I'd preferably like it to have the same form and shape, but I'd use a surround at a push.

Happy to consider either Chinese head units or second hand Toyota genuine, or any other options that are available that I don't know about.

If anybody could point me in the right direction, I'd be very much appreciative

The genuine Toyota ones are too outdated to consider. Keep in mind these units use a double DIN size facia adaptor too.

Do you want the steering wheel controls to work too? What’s your budget?

Thanks Colm. Would like the steering controls to work, but not a deal breaker.

Re budget, cheap as possible :D, saw a double din unit with fascia for £160
