Looking at installing new Oil boiler or getting advise on maybe going Heat Pump etc

Anyone able to recommend a good plumber or heating engineer who is up to speed on Oil Boilers vs Heat Pumps, pros and cons to help me make an informed decision ? Dont want someone who's all "save the world" and green or indeed stuck in the 70's only knowing Oil either....a balanced head who can advise best solution.
