Signing on via slip

Stupid question but in my local Intreo office nobody ever picks up the phone.
I signed on for the first time last month, I live 30km away from it.
Yesterday I received a slip in the post that I need to sign (still unemployed, no change to the claim) but absolutely no instructions on what to do with it.
Do I need to post it back, drop it in in Person? I have no idea and corresponding with the office is impossible since they never pick up their phone.

If there is a space on the slip to sign it you can post it back. If there is none you need to call to sign in person on the Tuesday. When I was on JS I had to call in every third month but it depends how far away you live from your local office I think.

Yes there's a space to sign at the back. Thank you, that's brilliant!
